  • Order Preparation: Typically takes 2-5 business days for in-stock items. Special orders may require additional time.
  • Dispatch: Once prepared and inspected, goods are handed over to our freight partners immediately.

  • Sea Freight: For bulk orders (LCL & FCL containers).

4. Customs & Import Duties

IKIGAI Auto Parts handles all export documentation from the UAE. However, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide all necessary documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading) to facilitate smooth clearance.
